BoardEffect® --
board governance just got even better
Verve Internet Solutions announces the release of BoardEffect® v.3.0, a secure online portal for boards of directors. This new version of BoardEffect® includes several innovations, including dashboard views of board activity and fundraising campaigns, online "board meeting books," a meeting RSVP function, and much more.
A central feature of the new BoardEffect® is the BoardEffect® Toolkit – an online resource bank of sample policies and templates that boards can use as inspiration or adapt for their own use. For example, the Toolkit includes the BoardSource® "Nonprofit Policy Sampler, 2nd Edition," with 240 + sample policy documents fully integrated into BoardEffect®'s Resource Library and ready for you to use when you purchase BoardEffect®.
"This new version of BoardEffect® represents a giant leap forward in online governance tools for mission-based organizations," said President/Founder Leanne Bergey. "In creating this new version, we wanted to ensure that we were offering something that had the potential to actually improve governance – not just make board work more convenient."
For current BoardEffect® users, Verve is offering a free upgrade to the new tool. To learn how your organization can upgrade or purchase BoardEffect®, visit www.boardeffect.com or contact Verve toll free at 866.672.2666.
