We gather information about your needs and your organization's capacity. We work with you to develop a set of goals for the project tailored to meet your unique needs.

2: Plan

We develop a plan of action. This may include a written plan, charts, site maps, design samples, or other documents that you review and approve before we move to the next step

3: Produce

We implement the plan, including creating any software solutions needed to meet the goals of the project. We customize tools as needed to fit your organization's capacity.

4: Support

Once the project is implemented, we provide ongoing technical and training support as needed to ensure the goals have been successfully met.
