Bringing Verve to The Conference Board's Annual Corporate Communications and Technology Conference in NYC

Philadelphia, PA – April 2007

Verve Internet Solutions presented at The Conference Board's 2007 Corporate Communication and Technology Conference, on April 18-19, 2007 at the InterContinental at The Barclay in New York City. Verve's team presented along with executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Time Warner, Porter Novelli, and Thomson Financial. The presentation was on "Measuring and Benchmarking the Effectiveness of Your Website."

The conference, designed for 150-200 corporate communications executives, focused on improving the effectiveness of online communications. The Conference Board, a 90-year-old business membership and research organization, is best known for the Consumer Confidence Index and the Leading Economic Indicators.

The Conference Board hosts conferences and meetings throughout the year to provide senior executives with opportunities to explore issues in peer-to-peer meetings. Each year, The Conference Board invites leading experts to present on a variety of topics at dozens of conferences, meetings, and seminars.

"Verve was invited to present at the conference because of our reputation as experts on this topic," noted Founder/President, Leanne Bergey. "A few years ago, we published a white paper called 'Measuring and Improving the Effectiveness of Your Web Presence' that caught the eye of The Conference Board. We were a perfect fit for the session The Conference Board planned."

Co-presenting along with Verve was Amy Verstappen, Executive Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA). Verve worked with ACHA to develop its website and create custom applications, including a searchable Adult Congenital Heart Clinic Directory, and a medical information storage tool called the "Personal Health Passport." Since launching the new website in September 2006, ACHA has seen its membership increase dramactically. ACHA presented their case study to the executives in attendance at The Conference Board session.
